We don’t believe that good health care can be separated from good customer service. Getting dental work done is not on everyone’s list of nice things to do, and being made to feel like you’re just another body on a long conveyor belt of others doesn’t enhance that experience in any way. We have to care for the people we are treating, and they need to trust us to do the best for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fundamental to that is building a relationship with them. Treating them as an individual, listening to their concerns, presenting them with all the information necessary to make the right decisions about their treatment are important aspects of the journey they take with us. You have to give patients your time: time to answer questions; time to go the extra mile; time for a chat and a cup of coffee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At Park Lane Orthodontics we value time. We want patients to enjoy their journey with us as well as get a fantastic result from their teeth straightening treatment. We want to be able to do the things that need doing straight away, not put it off to the next appointment. We want to part as friends and be sorry when they go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
