As time went by, I started to see changes and a huge improvement to my teeth as regular refinements were made by Dr. Paula. Booking appointments has been super easy and the staff have been very accommodating to any emergency requests that I had. The place is also extremely clean, and the atmosphere created by the welcoming staff makes every visit of mine memorable. I've been a customer/patient of Park Lane for nearly 3 years and having now completed my treatment I'm absolutely thrilled with the results, care, and communication I've had from the team. Throughout the process I've known exactly what to expect and when, and been kept up to date with progress and next steps. You get a warm welcome every time you step in the door and the facility is immaculate - even through recent covid times the team have put every measure in place to ensure their team and their clients are seen safely and excellent communications mean you know exactly what to expect when you arrive. I paid for a consultation to start treatment. I was quite nervous but everyone I came across was incredibly kind and reassuring to help with my nerves during the consultation. Paula was amazing in taking me through the multiple options & explaining in depth to help me understand what needs to be done. In addition, Skye the treatment coordinator was very warm, friendly and informative from the initial phone call to taking me through the options and costing. Overall, a wonderful experience from an orthodontic practice.

I needed to change orthodontist and Park Lake Orthodontics took me on at short notice which was hugely appreciated. They're such a friendly team who have made me feel super welcome each time I've been in, which always puts me at ease. They clearly know what they're doing as much teeth look amazing and I'm really grateful!

I am long overdue with this review as I finished treatment in this practice about two years ago. From the initial consultation through to de-bracing - Ben, Paula and the entire team offered a level of service you rarely see any more. It was a long 18 months to correct my teeth, but the results were worth it and even better than expected. It is a relief not to feel self conscious about my teeth, and it’s something I have not forgotten even two years after treatment. I can’t thank them enough.

I have finished my orthodontic treatment recently and I do work at Park Lane and absolutely love how caring and thoughtful the team are at making you feel looked after. Everything is explained to you so that you understand what is happening and so much planning and thought process is put into the best outcome for your treatment. "Every time I visit Park Lane Orthodontics, I am amazed by their customer service. I should be getting used to it as it's their norm but every visit, there is attention to detail and level of care that just amazes me. My son really didn't like having to have impressions taken, so on our last visit this was remembered by the team without any prompting. The new scanner was set up already to use which was far easier, and he found fascinating. You will not be disappointed when you visit Park Lane."

"Quite simply you couldn't get better service and care anywhere. At all times during the two years of my daughter's treatment I have felt that she couldn't be in better hands. Our treatment was complicated and I imagine at one time was thought impossible but the finished result is amazing! This is a brilliant practice and one I highly recommend. The staff have provided amazing care throughout, they have spoilt me with a cappuccino as I have waited for my daughter, the facilities are beautiful but most important of all the staff are patient, friendly, welcoming and ready to work with the challenges of individual family needs to make treatment run as smoothly as possible. Due to an unforeseen move in the middle of my daughter's treatment we have been a challenging family to accommodate but the staff have always gone out of their way to make appointments work for us.
